\nThese General Conditions of Sale therefore only apply to orders for Gift Vouchers placed on the Site www.vignettealsace.com, directly by telephone: +33 (0)3 89 73 00 09 or at the establishment’s reception.
\nThese conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force for in-store sales.
\nThese General Conditions of Sale are valid from January 1, 2015. They cancel and replace from this date, all previous versions of these conditions and prevail over all other general conditions of the Customer.

\nARTICLE 3: PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF<\/strong>PAYMENT<\/b>

\nThe prices of gift boxes, displayed on the Site, are those in effect on the day of the order and they are inclusive of tax.

\nWhen purchasing a Gift Voucher, under the terms of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days (from the date of receipt of the product) to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
\nA simple cancellation email (boooking@vignettealsace.com) is enough for us to cancel your Gift Voucher.
